How do payments work for business customers?

Junk Removal & Dumpster Rental

  • Pay upfront via credit card, or select the invoice option
  • Your money is held in escrow until the job is done
  • If there are any additional charges, the hauler must submit them to you during the job via the WastePlace chat feature
  • Post completion of the job, your money is transferred to the hauler you selected
  • For dumpster rental projects that require multiple hauls, you will receive biweekly invoices

 

Recurring Services

  • You are charged on the first of every month for that month's services
  • If you have a credit card/ACH on file, you will be automatically charged at the first of every month
  • If you choose the invoice option, your payment is due on receipt 
  • If you request any additional services during a month of service, your next invoice will reflect those additional charges
  • This process will continue for the duration of your contract
  • If you choose to leave your contract early, the hauler has the right to enforce liquidated damages
